Query with filter and signal

Added signal for computed query filter, synced with TanStack Router search param.

UI state and computed queries

Use UI state clientDocument to apply filter. Extract this state in queries using computed.

Initial working example

Initial working "minimal" setup:

• tables
• events
• materializers
• queries
• Worker (no sync backend yet)
