OSRS inventory icons

• Replaces the creative-menu, inventory, and hotbar appearance of complex OSRS items and weapons with small inventory sprites sourced from the Old School RuneScape Wiki.
• Includes 95 Wiki inventory PNGs and routes all 175 optimized complex item-model wrappers to them.
• Preserves the detailed 3D models and original voxel textures when items are held, equipped, dropped, or displayed in item frames.
• Adds a reusable Wiki icon synchronization tool so future resource regeneration keeps the corrected inventory art.
