Fold remaining *arr scouting notes into existing posts

Fold-in tasks from OTHERS.md scouting notes — small edits to existing posts, no new posts needed.

• Configarr / Profilarr → one sentence in recyclarr.md ("config-as-code cousins, passed for the same reason").
• Unpackerr → helper-container aside in the docker-compose stack post (2020-07-18-home-media-server-docker-compose.md).
• Cleanuparr (+ Decluttarr aside) → addendum to goodbye-transmission.md: "now you're on qBittorrent, keep the queue clean." Note the run-one-not-both footgun.

Orphans — need their own post (no existing home)

• Janitorr (vs Maintainerr) → disk-reclamation post. "Your terabytes aren't infinite." The Jellystat-vs-Streamystats angle is the verdict.
• Wizarr → family-sharing/onboarding post: invite family onto Jellyfin without handing out passwords.
