Pre-Release: Perch and Cloud Compute

This release exposes Perch and Cloud Compute. This feature is available to select alpha testers only. Please email support@projectkestrel.org if you want to be an alpha tester! You can download and run the app, but you can't access Perch or Cloud Compute yet because the free plan limits are set to 0. (Unless you're an alpha tester, in which case you'll reach out to me and I'll switch you to the alpha plan).
