• Defer heavy imports (rich, hac_client_core, requests) to command runtime — --help no longer loads them
• Binary startup: ~468ms → ~290ms (38% faster)
• pip startup: ~182ms → ~100ms (45% faster)
• Trim PyInstaller bundle: targeted rich imports + exclude unused stdlib modules
