ActinTrackCV v1.0.0 (macOS + Windows)

First scientific Workbench cut for the Sapkota Lab. Unsigned builds — expect Gatekeeper (Mac) or SmartScreen (Windows) on first launch.

Mac

Unzip → open ActinTrackCV.app. First launch: right-click → Open, or:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /path/to/ActinTrackCV.app

Windows

Unzip → open the ActinTrackCV folder → double-click ActinTrackCV.exe. Keep the whole folder together (do not move only the .exe). SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway.

Workspaces stay in the user’s Documents folder (ActinTrackCV), not inside the app.

What this build includes

• Automatic Cell Boundary (full frame) plus a required Measurement Cutoff
• Optional Nucleus for Toward Nucleus and F-actin Orientation
• Detected video timing for µm/s (1 / observed_video_fps)
• Explicit Run Metrics — Metric Analysis inspects a saved run only
• Analysis compares General Movement, Optical Flow, Toward Nucleus, and F-actin Orientation

• Older v0.2.2 remains available.
