melonDS-android v0.3.1

This is a hotfix release that builds on top of v0.3.0 with one important fix for external display detection:

🔧 Hotfix

• Fix: Ignore HiddenDisplay when selecting external display
  This resolves issues on devices like the AYN Odin 2 and OneXSugar where the external display wasn’t working correctly.

• Update base code to melonDS 1.0 (by @rafaelvcaetano)
• Fix crash when no external firmware directories are set
• Fix flickering when lid is closed
• Fix: Save state slots not selectable via hardware input
• Remove cheat code size limit
• Render both screens in a single draw call
• Move backup/restore options to general settings
• Do not fallback to wrong layouts if size mismatch
• Add support for GBA Rumble Pak (by @SapphireRhodonite)
