Release-mechanics patch. v0.9.0 wheel shipped with an empty telemetry token stub, causing opt-in telemetry to silently no-op. v0.9.1 restores the embedded token; opt-in telemetry now works as designed. No methodology changes from v0.9.0 — the SWE-bench Verified benchmark results, RESULTS.md, and DESIGN.md are unchanged. Combined paired result across 49 instances stays at +10.2 pts (+15.0 within-domain, +6.9 cross-domain). See v0.9.0 release notes for full methodology and results.
