SasView 6.2.0 Beta2

This beta release addresses two critical issues: the Help button not working on macOS (#3976) and the "Send to Data Explorer" button, now renamed to "Freeze Datasets", not working as intended (#4018). It also includes a number of other bug fixes and minor improvements, as listed below.

This version of SasView was made with Python v3.13, Sasmodels v1.1.0b1, Sasdata v0.12.0b1 and Bumps v1.0.5.
