SasView 6.2.0 Beta3

This beta correctly pins the bumps version in the requirements files to ensure that v1.0.5 is used in installers.

This version of SasView was made with Python v3.13, Sasmodels v1.1.0b1, Sasdata v0.12.0b1 and Bumps v1.0.5.
