November 11-217 2025 at the Technical University of Munich

The fourteenth SasView Contributor Camp (formerly known as code camp) will be held in Garching, Germany, starting Nov 10 on the Technical University of Munich (TUM) campus and is sponsored by the Julich Center for Neutron Sciences (JCNS). The emphasis however is not meant to be exclusionary: As always, folks with other interests to contribute are always welcome!

Travel and Accommodations

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Dorint Business Hotel one train stop away from venue.

It turns out this is a busy time in Munich and the hotels are filling up fast, hence we recommend booking early though, as long as there is space available in the block that should be guaranteed till a month before the camp.

Meals

The hotel rooms reserved in the block include a complementary breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the ISA building and several restaurants nearby the venue for lunch though not open on the weekend in most cases. There are a variety of restaurants around the hotel area for dinner.
