Fixes excessive CPU and memory consumption in molecular volume calculation for dense and fused ring graphs. Ring-basis construction now uses shortest-path-tree candidates instead of exhaustively enumerating simple cycles up to 24 atoms.
Validation: 590 package tests on macOS and 590 on Linux, with two existing skips on each platform. Regression coverage includes all 1,024 five-atom graphs, a 70-atom cyclic stress graph, macrocycles, hydrogen exclusion, and unchanged VABC reference values.
