v1.18.0 — On-device Twitch Alerts + minimize to tray

A free, local alternative to StreamElements/Streamlabs cloud alerts. Configure a Follow/Subscribe/Cheer/Raid rule with your own image/video + sound, connects directly to Twitch's real event feed, runs entirely inside OBS's Browser Source. Also: minimize to tray. See CHANGELOG.md for the full write-up, including a real known gap — this build needs a Twitch app Client ID registered before the account-connect step will work. Pre-release: built and automated-tested, not yet clicked through by a human, and the live Twitch connection specifically has not been tested against a real channel.
