SDS_Benchmark v2.0

Fixed the issue with the wrong tidal information for TORREYPINES and TRUCVERT (see issue #11):

• applied new tidal correction to COASTSAT, SHOREX and CASSIE for TORREYPINES and TRUCVERT
• recomputed all notebooks and figures
