Companion to SaturdayInc/fuel-backend#569 (Phase 1 of the partner-API rate-limit defense): every account now carries a daily ceiling — explicit, platform default (2,000/day) when none is agreed, or contracted-uncapped.
Adds a "Daily call limit" section to the live page: the three-tier table, the no-Retry-After 429 at the ceiling, midnight-UTC reset, and where an account reads its own number (GET /v1/partner).
Content-only change using constructs already on the page (heading, table, prose); no layout or navigation touched, so no screenshot pass was run.
Note for the docsweep merge (PR #30): that branch rewrites this page wholesale and already documents the daily ceiling; on conflict, take docsweep's version and fold in this section's platform-default row + the /v1/partner pointer.
