This release focus on polishing the Activity app, Range display and related logic.

Bug Fixes
- CRITICAL: Fixed linked Actors breaking the Activity logic.
- Fixed closing the Activity app resulting in the activity being confirmed.
- Fixed Confirm button red warning not checking for valid targets.
- Fixed Range display showing a measure for the out of the range area.
