📁 Folder transfer UX

• Staged area now distinguishes folders from files — folder icon, file count, and accented chip
• Transfer headline strips .beam.zip and shows the clean folder name
• Completed folder transfers show a folder icon and "Open folder" navigates into the extracted directory
• Explorer list view: hover any folder row to reveal a quick Send button
• Explorer toolbar shows "Send folder to {Device}" when a folder is selected

🔔 Incoming transfer prompt

• Redesigned as a full-screen overlay card matching the v0.1.5 visual language
• Device icon, cleaner layout, "Decline" / "Accept" action buttons
• Ask before receiving toggle in Settings → General: turn it off to auto-accept all transfers silently to your default save folder

⚙️ Settings persistence

• New General settings: Ask before receiving, Minimize to tray, Launch tab
• Launch tab persists across restarts — open Beam straight to Explorer, History, or Settings
• Network section now shows live diagnostics: TCP port, local IP, peers visible, with a Copy diagnostics button

📜 History improvements

• Today filter pill for quick access to today's transfers
• Search now matches file names and sender notes, not just device names
• Per-entry delete button (hover-revealed) — remove individual entries without clearing all history
• Folder transfers show 📁 icon and clean folder name; sender notes shown inline

🔧 Other

• Transfer list shows bandwidth throttle cap chip when a limit is set
• History entries now record the sender's note and first file name
• Auto-accept respects ask_before_receiving setting on both Rust and frontend sides
