New Features

Added an "Ember" theme preset (near-black slate surfaces, ember-orange accent) to the shared theme picker.
[#12] Added a Settings Transfer application to the 3DS: ATLAS settings menu that exports and imports settings for the registered 3DS modules you tick.
[#12] Exports write a dated JSON file. Imports skip settings the current user may not change, and prompt for a reload when one requires it.
[#12] Registered modules gain settings.export() and settings.import(payload) on their handle, plus ATLAS.settings on the public API.

Sub-application scope labels in the theme configuration are now localized instead of rendering as raw keys.
Unchecked checkboxes and radios inside themed applications now draw in Font Awesome regular and fill from the border-light token, so they read against dark backgrounds.

Localization updates across ATLAS, Bondsmith, Calendaria, glyph, Hero Mancer, Mindful Encounters, Minstrel, Peddler, Rollies, Snoot, Spellbook, and Tenacity.
Portuguese (Brazil) coverage for Hero Mancer was expanded via a community contribution.
Symbol characters were stripped from the language files.
