Bug Fixes

• [#15] A program tree that fails to build or expand now shows an error notification and recovers instead of leaving the trigger config window unopenable.
• [#15] Fixed the Toggle Condition action on systems that store status effects as a keyed object, such as pf2e: the condition picker now lists them, new Toggle Condition nodes default to the first status, and example triggers and recipes use the add mode instead of the legacy active flag.

Documentation

• README banner is served from the wiki host, a hero image is added under the intro, and the Hurt/Heal screenshot is removed.
