New Features

[#1] Auto-detach by document type. Check a document type and every window of that type opens detached, without selecting each sheet by hand.
[#1] The Configure dialog splits into Document Types and Individual Windows tabs. Document types are listed ready to check before you open anything.

Bug Fixes

[#1] The Configure dialog list scrolls, keeping the Save button reachable with a long list.
