Breaking Changes
- [#258] Hero Mancer now requires the 3DS:ATLAS module, which centralizes logging, update notices, localization, and theming; the standalone release-message popup and per-module log-level setting have been removed.
New Features
- [#253] The custom background builder now includes a language picker, with a new setting controlling how many languages a custom background grants; chosen languages are added to the background's trait grants.
- [#254] During level-up, item-choice advancements that allow replacement now offer an optional picker to swap out one item chosen at an earlier level.
- [#254] Level-up now surfaces advancements from already-owned items (such as general feats) under a new "Features" group.

Bug Fixes

- [#253] The custom background builder footer is now pinned and no longer clips its contents.
- [#255] HP and wealth rolls that are published to chat now animate only once through Dice So Nice, instead of playing a duplicate local animation.
- [#257] Fixed the open-feat picker hiding custom or homebrew feats that have no prerequisite level; feats without a level requirement now appear, while level-gated feats above the cap stay hidden.
Changes
- Removed the bundled localization files; translations now come from the required 3DS:ATLAS module.
- [#253] Custom backgrounds now show their own generated description in the preview panel instead of a same-named compendium journal page.
- [#256] Subclass previews now show the subclass description above the advancement table, followed by its features.
