1.2 - ATLAS is born

Breaking Changes

• [#4] Snoot now requires the 3DS:ATLAS module. Foundry prompts to install and enable ATLAS as a dependency, and Snoot will not load without it.

Changes

• [#4] Snoot's interface text and console logging now come from ATLAS. The bundled English language file was removed and localization is centralized in ATLAS.
• [#4] Verified Foundry compatibility raised to 14.364.
• Bumped the bug-report template's version placeholders to Foundry 14.364 and dnd5e 6.0.0.
• Standardized the GitHub issue templates on canonical type labels.
