New Features

[#225][#230] Added a By Spell mode to the Spell List Manager that selects spells first and ticks the lists they belong to, with shift-click ranges, partial-membership marks, a Hide Actor Spell Books filter, and a single confirmation showing add, remove and duplication counts. The empty spell book notice now names the class, explains why the tab is empty, and takes a GM straight to the Class Spell List field.

[#226][#227] The Spell List Manager keeps its scroll position and its already loaded rows across re-renders, the Spell Book keeps its scroll position and active sidebar filters after learning a spell, and active effects that raise a class's cantrip maximum now count toward the limit.
[#228] The merge dialog now hides spell lists from packs disabled in the source configuration, matching the sidebar.
[#229] Spell fetching no longer calls the removed dnd5e module art API, and spell indexing requests the full system source object so source filters no longer throw on dnd5e 6.0.

[#229] The minimum supported dnd5e version is now 5.3.3, up from 5.3.0, and 6.0.0 is now the verified version.
