Bug Fixes

• [#235] The Show Cantrips class rule set to off now hides cantrips from the preparation list for every class, not only wizard-enabled classes.
• [#236] Preparing a spell no longer takes over an existing always-prepared, innate, at-will, or Cast activity copy of that spell and leaves it stuck as a prepared class spell. A separate copy is prepared instead.
