SelfSteam 0.1.23

• Fix creating a shortcut doing nothing on Bazzite, ChimeraOS and Nobara in Game Mode -- on those systems Steam is the Game Mode session itself, so SelfSteam now restarts that whole session properly instead of either failing silently or closing it with no way back
• The "Enable preflight" controller check now works with Dolphin (GameCube/Wii) as well as Ryubing, so local multiplayer pads land in the right player slot instead of scrambling
• Rework the header on phones: back button and a bigger title on the first row, the save/restart button and the SteamGridDB key badge on the second -- less wasted vertical space and no more misaligned rows
