Obtaining Breaths

Breaths can be obtained by trading with villagers or by killing entities with many breaths.

Trading

Shift-right clicking a villager will open up a gui that allows you to trade with it for its breaths. Villagers without breaths will not be able to trade in this way. Each breath costs around 32-64 emeralds however this cost can be reduced to a minimum of 12 with high levels of hero of the village. You must buy all breaths a villager has at once.

Other Methods

You can also obtain breaths by killing entities. All entities except players will drop 5% of their breaths on death, if an entity has less than 20 breaths no breaths will be given.

Players killing players results in a higher 20% breath transfer.
