v2.2.0 - Dependency update and optional allow-list for favorited users

What's Changed

• Add exclude-favorited-users allowlist to limit whose favorites protect media by @4Sitam4 in #245

With this PR, we can now allow-list some users for whom favorites should be counted. All other users then don't get their favorites delete-protected.
