Changes in this release

This is a major revision:

• Implemented Netatmo API.
• Updated the program with new municipality & county names in Norway
• The program KlimaData-XL has been retired, and renamed MetetDataXL

How to download & install

• You needn't download the whole ZIP-file. Just download the spreadsheet directly from page:
  https://github.com/SchildCode/MeteoDataXL
  and click on the file hyperlink, then 'Download' button.
• Remember to activate macros when you open the .xlsm file in Microsoft Excel.
