First autoFRET release.

autoFRET contains three independent python packages: (i) pyMULTI for automated multiwell plate smFRET measurements (interfacing a motorised stage and Picoquant hardware); (ii) pyBAT, a GUI burst analysis tool for multiwell plate smFRET measurements; (iii) pyVIZ a visualisation and data filtering GUI for multiwell plate smFRET measurements.
