Added

• Open NZB files through the file chooser, Open With or drag and drop.
• Choose submission priority or add jobs paused.
• Arrange favorite categories and collapse the categories section in connection settings.
• View queue progress and history, and pause or resume individual jobs or the queue.
• Enable macOS notifications for completed and failed jobs.
• Check for recent duplicate submissions before retrying.
• Check GitHub releases manually, including test versions when selected.

Changed

• Wait two seconds between status requests while the overview is visible or notifications are enabled. Network request time is additional.
• Use matching sizes for the file and clipboard buttons.

Requirements and limitations

Apple Silicon, macOS 26 or later, and SABnzbd are required. The app is ad hoc signed and is not notarized by Apple. Notifications require macOS permission.

Validation

The existing current app build was packaged without repeating the previous 53 passing automated tests. Package metadata, signature, English and German resources, private data markers, ZIP integrity and DMG integrity were checked. SHA-256 checksums are included. No new UI session or downloads were started.

NZBPort 0.1.1 — Test version

Added

• English alongside German. Choose Language → System, Deutsch or English in the app menu, menu bar menu or gear menu. The selection is saved and takes effect immediately.
• System language selection follows the supported macOS language preferences, with English as the fallback.
• Coffee, Ivory and Mint color themes with light and dark variants. Color theme, appearance and background transparency can be selected independently.
• Launch at Login, managed through macOS login items. It is enabled only when selected; pending macOS approval is shown in the menu.
• About NZBPort links to the GitHub project and portfolio homepage.

• Categories refresh in the background at startup. A failed request is reported in the app.
• The existing refresh button in connection settings remains available for manual updates.
• Existing SABnzbd settings and local hidden-category choices are preserved.

• This is an early test version for Apple Silicon and macOS 26 or later.
• The app is ad hoc signed and is not notarized by Apple.
• macOS may require approval before Launch at Login can run.

Validation

• 38 automated tests passed.
• The release build, signature, language resources and package privacy checks passed.
• Login-item registration was not enabled on the development Mac as part of verification.

• Open NZBlnk links in a native macOS menu bar app and choose a SABnzbd category before submission.
• Resolve links through NZBIndex, with NZBKing and BinSearch as fallback search services.
