Bugfix release for the SwiftUI app.

  • Prevented a possible crash when calculating early 05:xx measurement days
  • Removed force unwraps in the PDF medical report
  • Cached date formatters statically
  • Removed force unwraps for links in the About window
  • macOS app available as ZIP and DMG for the first time

Verified with ./verify_apps.sh, privacy_final_check.sh, runtime network checks, and content/checksum validation for all release files.
