Changes

  • Added privacy-safe first-start help in the web and macOS apps for ChatGPT,
    Google Gemini, and Claude.
  • Uses local official service logos, an explicit confirmation, a fixed
    language-specific onboarding prompt, and the public UroBilanz PDF manual.
  • The prompt contains no personal entries, measurements, notes, local paths,
    or other user data; it is pasted and sent manually by the user.
  • Added complete German and English UroBilanz manuals and updated the web
    header's About button placement and styling.
