Imago application, release 0.1.3

Imago is an image processing graphical application written in Java, in the spirit of ImageJ. It provides several operators for image processing and image analysis. The aim is to be able to manage multi-dimensional images of rather any type (values, multi-channels, spectra...).

This release is based on the CS4J library version 0.4.0.

Installation

The Imago-0.2.0.zip file should contain a fully usable version of Imago. Just unzip, and either 1) run the imago.bat script (Windows user) or run the following:

java -Xmx8g -Xms8g -cp Imago-0.2.0.jar;lib/cs4j-0.4.0.jar;lib/jcommon-1.0.17.jar;lib/xchart-3.8.8/xchart-3.8.8.jar;lib/jfreechart-1.0.14.jar;lib/gson-2.8.6.jar;. imago.Imago

(you may have to adapt memory settings or dependency versions)
