CS4J release 0.4.0.

CS4J is a java library for computer sciences, mostly dedicated to image processing. It provides class hierarchy for representation of multi-dimensional arrays of any types, with specific implementations for common data types, as well as a collection of operators for processing arrays of any dimensionality.

The library does not provide any user interface. The Imago application is a graphical user interface for processing and analysis of multi-dimensional images that is based on CS4J.

This version enhances management of data tables and plotting facilities, adds support for writing of images in TIFF format, and updates management of run-length encoded arrays.
