Breaking

SimpleLBFGS no longer converts the iterate to a StaticArray internally
(#1309).

• Vector u0 now throws. Previously the solver did SVector{N}(cache.u0) with
  N = length(cache.u0), which is type-unstable and cannot convert every u0. The solver
  now keeps the caller's iterate type and rejects Array u0. To migrate, pass an
  SVector and build the problem with OptimizationFunction{false}.

• StaticArrays is no longer a dependency of this package. It moved to the test-only
  [extras]. Code that relied on SimpleOptimization transitively loading StaticArrays
  must depend on it directly.

Compat: LineSearch floor raised to 0.1.15.
