If you are using an unofficial Scoop-Core with an official bucket,
the decompress error may be caused by significant differences between the official and unofficial cores.
In this case, please try switching to the official Scoop-Core instead.

My dark installation is up2date!!!!

Seems like python uses the WiX Toolset to create their Windows EXE packages... and therefor one has now to accept the license, i.e. by running wix eula accept wix7.

I would encourage someone to add a note with this info and the command into the python manifest...

Accept the EULA then retry:

wix eula accept wix7

Or switch to dark then retry:

scoop uninstall wixtoolset
scoop install dark
