The giant overhaul the pc mod just had has been ported to quest standalone!
This means what you think it means, spectator, spectator chat (with bsr), tournament functionality. All now available on Quest standalone
No more steam required or weird install steps needed either! Just grab the qmod and go with the simple pairing process

Live, Compete and Spectating
- Added public live presence, with a setting to opt-out
- Added live replay streaming for spectators and tournament rooms (the above mentioned setting disables this)
- Added live spectator chat with viewer counts, message sending and adjustable chat window/text scale
- Spectator chat can resolve BeatSaver links,
!bsrcodes, ScoreSaber map links and ScoreSaber leaderboard links - Added ScoreSaber Compete support for tournament play
- Added an in-game tournament browser for tournaments linked to your account
- Added "join by code" support for tournament rooms
- Added room screens with selected song previews, ready state, player lists, team layouts and leaderboard access
- Added organizer prompts and map start countdowns inside tournament rooms
Replays
- Replay files now store more play context, including selected player settings, colors, environment data, jump distance, controller offsets, pause events, wall events and HSV config
- Added an opt-in setting to share HSV profiles in replay files and live streams (known issues! working on it!)
- Replays can use recorded player settings when available
- Fixed replay scrubbing issues around miss effects, combo break effects, FC bars, energy UI state and energy icon colors
Score Uploads and Auth
- Restarts, fails and quits now submit scores in the background.. we're not using this data yet but it'll be surfaced on the website soon!
- Reworked score submission around the new gamesession / auth flow
- Added upload protocol v2 support with official build trust metadata
- Uploads now sign replay / data payloads with upload trust headers when an official or development build session supports it
Some Technical Notes
- The mod was reorganized into feature folders
- The API client now uses generated OpenAPI C++ models source from https://scoresaber.com/api/docs
- The release workflow now builds each supported Beat Saber base version through an explicit version matrix
- Official build registration uses GitHub OIDC and registers supported upload hashes per compatible Beat Saber version
