Highlights

• Added importance_min and timezone-aware created_since filters to
  get_recent_memories through execute_forgetful_tool. The direct MCP tool keeps
  its existing parameters.
• Added a caller-managed last_encoding_point checkpoint to projects, with a
  nullable database column for existing installations.
• Patched AnyIO to 4.14.2 in the lockfile. The dependency audit reports no
  known vulnerabilities.

Fixes

• Applied REST memory importance filtering before pagination, so pages and
  totals reflect the filter.
• Accepted common parameter aliases and single target IDs in MCP memory link
  and unlink adapters.
• Returned explicit not-found errors for missing projects, plans, and tasks.
• Included bidirectional links in recent-memory results.
• Accepted unquoted colons in imported skill YAML frontmatter.
• Corrected the version installed inside release container images. The image
  build now verifies it matches the Git tag version.

Upgrade note

The new project checkpoint column is added by the normal startup migration on
SQLite and PostgreSQL. It is optional and starts unset on existing projects.
