An addon that catches gray question mark costumes

Seems like several users are experiencing the gray question mark bug from time to time. Worst of all, there's little indication that this is happening. That's why I thought Scratch Addons could come into play with an addon that goes like this:

1. You open a project
2. It fails to load some costumes
3. The addon displays a warning message and asks you if you want to refresh
4. You refresh the page
5. There are no gray question mark costumes in sight

That way, no one will get minutes into a game, only to need to start over to fix the gray question mark costumes. Users of the addon will get to refresh before they can even stumble upon the affected costumes.

The Scratch bug that caused question mark costumes to be saved with the project was fixed, so simply saving and reloading should now be enough to fix these.

Got it. So, the creators will be fine either way. It might still help the viewers to have an automatic alert for the issue, though, so I'll keep this open.

If possible, it would be great if the addon could try to reload the specific assets that failed.
