The .omo/ directory contains AI agent session tracking files that should not be version controlled. Added to .gitignore and removed existing files from the index (kept locally). Change trigger from pull_request to pull_request_target so fork PRs can access SENSENOVA_API_KEY. Use SHA checkout (head.sha || github.sha) for security and workflow_dispatch compatibility. Remove cross-repo comment skip guard since GITHUB_TOKEN now has write access.
