Description
Removes the Star History section from the README.
GitHub restricted its stargazer API to specific token types, so
star-history.com's embedded SVG no longer renders for most visitors —
the chart only appeared for people already contributing to the repo, and
everyone else saw a broken-image placeholder. Background:

README-only change; no code paths touched.
