Qt 5.15.19 cross-compile toolchain for the frozen 32-bit Qt 5 Pi boards (pi2, pi3), Debian Trixie / armhf. Bumps the previous 5.15.14 toolchain to the latest Qt 5.15 LTS patch. Consumed at viewer-image build time via qt5_toolchain_url in tools/image_builder/utils.py; the pi2/pi3 QtWebView is cross-compiled against these tarballs.
