Added new component: custom dynamic tables that support multiple 'subrows' per row.

• Created setting to hide CSB native pictures and create a new picture component to display actor / item images
• Hooks on CSB's native onEditImage to update actor/item images in sidebar.

Added bugfixes for linux, v13 support, and modified clock settings.

• New stroke color option
• Changed minimum segments to 1
• Changed maximum segments to 20
• UI changes

Note: Gave up on handwriting all changes, will continue to lean on AI until freetime is discovered.
