Invite more contributors and maintainers to help SesQL grow

Thanks for all your work on the project.

To help SesQL grow more consistently and sustainably, I’d suggest adding a small banner or section to the README.md inviting people with the right skills and interest to join the SesQL team (so they can reviewPRs).

The ecosystem is moving very quickly, especially with AI accelerating development across many projects, and SesQL’s development pace currently feels a little behind. Bringing in more contributors or maintainers could help keep the project moving forward more steadily.

We actually tried something similar a few years ago: #1347

Unfortunately, it hasn't been very effective. Over the years, we've only had two new maintainers join the team (including myself).

And people don't need to be maintainers to review PRs. We're always happy to have community reviews.

Thanks for the reply. I understand that only a few people have joined so far, but I think the main issue may not be a lack of interest, but rather a lack of visibility.

The call for maintainers issue was created years ago and is no longer pinned. There is also no banner in the README, so it's easy for people to miss that SeaQL is actively looking for maintainers.

Additionally, community reviewers can't merge PRs, which limits their ability to help move the project forward.

If you think this makes sense, I'd kindly suggest:

1. Pin the call for maintainers issue. Since the issue already exists, there's no reason to keep it hidden.
2. Add a banner to README.md to make it clear that SeaQL is looking for maintainers and contributors.

I believe improving visibility would help attract more people who are willing to contribute and take on maintenance responsibilities.
