Major refactor release implementing the over-engineering audit findings (~10k lines deleted, ~700MB tracked binaries removed).

Changes

• Rust: Deleted 6 dead modules (plan, quality, claim, concurrency, storage, doctor), trimmed providers.rs 7682→5077 lines, share.rs 1675→380 lines, update.rs 1070→61 lines, benchmarks.rs network half removed, 5 quant match fns → QUANT_SPECS table
• App crate: Merged CreateServerInput/UpdateServerInput, merged gateway helpers, removed dead wrappers in state.rs/server.rs/estimate.rs/hf.rs/llamacpp_install.rs
• Frontend: Removed dead API wrappers, duplicate llmfit scoring module (~340 lines), ModelWithStats type; extracted HfLink/PullStateButton/ErrorBanner/filterModels in Search.tsx; WslDistroField/HfTokenField in Settings.tsx; FlashInfer rows → .map() in Dashboard.tsx; fixed flashInferDisabled bug, removed globalDefaults plumbing in Servers.tsx
• Build: Removed 32 tracked release binaries (~700MB), fixed build.mjs duplicate binary copy

Verification

• All 182 app tests pass
• All 496 llmfit-core tests pass
• No behavior changes — all refactors are mechanical deletions of dead code
