Version 22 (Patch 2)

• Fixed an error in PickleCore.cs which could cause a race condition if any scripts tried to call the plugin on Start
• The consent form will now automatically give up waiting on the consent callback after 5 seconds before showing the personalisation screen if the callback doesn't happen in time
• The click lock screen is now shown during the initial consent request before the personalisation screen is shown, instead of only being between personalisation screen and CMP prompt (if you were force showing the clicklock before calling DoAuthFlow you should remove your call)
• Added an optional 3rd parameter to DoAuthFlow for setting the loading screen message text (default is "LOADING")
• If the CMP screen times out when requested to be displayed it will no longer cause a late CMP prompt to appear later
