• Fixed AdMob not automatically setting device to test mode when requesting to open ad inspector due to generated device id being lowercase rather than the expected uppercase format

iOS

• The personalisation flow on iOS will now still show the ATT prompt even if admob's consent dialog times out

Overall

• Removed mintegral lines from the admob script as we're not longer using that mediation
