Choose a Workflow

Choose the smallest Skill that creates the evidence or artifact you need. Combine Skills only when one output becomes the next Skill's bounded input.

Goal Skill Why
Current market, competitor, technology, policy, company, and product research SearchCans Deep Research A bounded, evidence-led brief with traceable URLs, conflicts, and uncertainty
Keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor-page review, and content opportunity planning SearchCans SERP Content Gap A localized Google or Bing SERP opportunity brief grounded in observed result features
Web-to-Markdown extraction, RAG input checks, dynamic pages, PDFs, Office files, and page-level SEO/GEO review SearchCans Reader SEO Audit An extraction report with observable canonical, H1, meta-description, JSON-LD, file, and screenshot signals
Competitor, category, launch, PR, and news monitoring with optional snapshot comparison SearchCans Market Watch A Google, Google News, Bing, and Reader evidence snapshot with URL-level baseline differences
E-commerce category research, merchant discovery, product-page planning, and localized merchandising briefs SearchCans Product SERP Brief A Google Shopping, web, images, and optional merchant-page evidence brief
Editorial format discovery, visual/video search research, and SEO/GEO content format planning SearchCans Content Format Brief A localized inventory of Google web, images, videos, and short-video result formats
Grounding packs, source curation, knowledge-base intake, and pre-ingestion evidence checks SearchCans RAG Source Curator A small, domain-diverse Reader/File source manifest with evidence-readiness gating

Selection rules

  • Use Deep Research when an answer needs multiple read sources, a 3–5 question plan, and a formal evidence gate.
  • Use SERP Content Gap for one localized keyword/SERP decision; use Content Format Brief when images and video formats are part of the decision.
  • Use Reader SEO Audit for one known URL or file; use RAG Source Curator to find and select a small source set first.
  • Use Market Watch for repeatable market/news snapshots; use Product SERP Brief for market-specific product and merchant observations.

Do not treat SERP snippets or result appearance as proof. Read a page before using it for a consequential claim.
