Pre-release. Same pins as v3.0.0-beta.3: OCCTSwift 4.0.0-beta.4 exactly, OCCTSwiftIO 2.0.0-beta.1. A consumer only gets this by naming it; the stable line stays at v2.0.0.

New: optional label on an agent attention marker (#35)

A highlight_requests payload may carry label (advised at most 80 characters). CADViewportService.agentAttentionLabel holds it beside agentAttention, is replaced or cleared with it, and setAgentAttention(_:label:) takes it (default nil). Empty labels are ignored, as is a label on a target: "selection" or question request. Additive: nothing existing changes. OCCTMCP's highlight_selection needs a matching label input.
