Pre-release. Pinned exactly to OCCTSwift 4.0.0-beta.5, with OCCTSwiftIO 2.0.0-beta.3 (earlier IO betas pin beta.4 and no longer resolve alongside this). A consumer only gets this by naming it; the stable line stays at v2.0.0.

No source change from v3.0.0-beta.4: the full serial suite (405 tests) passes unmodified against beta.5. Carries the optional agentAttentionLabel from beta.4 (#35).
